She received her BS and her DVM from Cornell University. Lynn is Adjunct Faculty at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine where she facilitates the Ethics Seminar for 4th year students. In April 2018, she was employed as the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine’s first Student Wellness Advisor. This is a part time position dedicated to promote wellness throughout the student population. As a veterinary school graduate, Lynn has experienced the stresses of attending vet school and can relate to the students’ needs and concerns. As a practicing veterinarian, she can also address the challenges of finding the work/life balance that are important while in vet school and beyond in the profession. It is her goal to help each student maintain wellness while being successful in their studies. This is done with personal conversations, educational programs and activities promoting wellness on a regular basis. Much of this is stimulated and achieved by student generated ideas and initiatives.
Lynn lives in Shrewsbury, has 2 grown children and has been married for 41 years.
