Manjari Murali
Dr. Manjari Murali is an Assistant Professor of Health Sciences at Chapman University. She is also a certified Mindfulness Instructor. She is a Neurophysiologist by training, having received her Ph.D. from Brown University, and Bachelor of Science degree from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. She received her Mindfulness Teacher Certification from the Koru Mindfulness Center at Duke University.
Manjari enjoys teaching Mindfulness for adults ages 18 years and older. In her role as a professor, she teaches neuroscience, physiology, pharmacology, and anatomy. Her current research interests revolve around the benefits of Meditation practice on brain health; and the relationship between chronic stress and Alzheimer’s disease risk. Beyond teaching, she speaks at conferences and offers podcast interviews on the benefits of meditation on brain health and mental resilience.
